This OSCAR Media Release has good information on the unsustainable level of rates increases.  OSCAR's core business is essentially Council planning and financial issues across the whole Sunshine Coast, with much emphasis on sustainable, well-planned population growth.  OSCAR is the only such organisation operating across the whole coast.
